The business environment has become increasingly competitive for all organizations, larger corporations and small-to medium-businesses alike. Despite their size and strengths, organizations are resorting to collaboration with one another in order to achieve mutual goals and achieve competitive advantage that may assure their short and longer-term stability and competence. However, due to differences in perspectives, aims, and culture, collaboration between different organizations is no easy task as it obstructed by many hurdles.The aim is to introduce students to the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for collaboration leaders at the organizational level, as well as the interpersonal and group levels. The text books assigned for this course provide detailed information and plenty of practical cases that reflect the importance of inter-organizational collaboration and how to deal with different problems to which it is related.
Please note that course attendance is compulsory. Student should
attend 75 % of total sessions.
